Onsite/Live Instructor IT Training
Live instructor onsite training is a setup where the instructor is in the same classroom as the students. At the startup we expect that all our live instructors will be coming in from the USA. Our approach, which has proven phenomenally successful, revolves around using practicing consultants to teach the course.
This approach ensures that the courses are more practical than theoretical, instructors should be bringing in job related situations into the classroom. Classes are also recorded & made available to students. This will take place onsite and thereafter support to be provided online as needed.
Virtual Instructor Led IT Training
Virtual instructor-led training (VILT) is training that is delivered in a virtual or simulated environment, or when instructor and learner are in separate locations. Virtual instruction environments are designed to simulate the traditional classroom or learning experience. This will be entirely online training, the instructors will deliver courses out of our head office in Laurel, Maryland. Delivery will be through platforms like Zoom, Webex or Go-to Training. Though courses here are predominantly technology, other sectors like project management and business courses are included
Self-Paced Training
Self-paced training is different from the above in that class are pre-recorded by seasoned instructors, labs are available, assessments available to students to prepare them for certifications, & Soft Books are available.
Licenses are available for 12 months per student. Good internet access is necessary for this to work, nevertheless we have other solutions that would let students work off the network.
Self-paced training are pre-recorded courses delivered to students over the internet. Students access courses at times of their choosing. Training portal will have video recorded courses, access to real labs if applicable, assessments to test learning.
Some courses will have bootcamps where students have opportunities to join a live instructor class.

Training other than IT related will be all Self-Paced interspersed with virtual live instructor bootcamps

MTCI offers language training based on the needs of an organizations’ official language of the Host Location(s), or one widely spoken.
