MTCI is committed to ensuring continuous training and follow up coupled with ongoing consulting to ensure success of training and protected Information systems.”

The African Expatriate program seeks to facilitate the involvement of the African Diaspora in the rebuilding of the continent. MTCI seeks to get African Diaspora subject matter experts (SME’s) in Information Technology and other Technology related fields to return to the continent and provide services within their areas of expertise.  This initiative requires that we identify organizations on the continent with technology needs and then match willing SMEs to support these projects. The African Diaspora if given the opportunity will like to give back to the continent through either short-term, long-term contracts or remote work. MTCI intends to translate this desire of the African diaspora into action.

MTCI will serve as the intermediary between our African partners and SME’s. We will take the responsibility to ensure that projects are completed to satisfaction of our clients and on time. At the same time all payments and facilitation of SME movements to the continent will be arranged by MTCI
